16 ply tires mounted on old style Peterbilt oval rims 11R24.5

Hey, Does anyone need a complete set of tires and rims for a semi. All 10 tires are brand new virgin 11R 24.5 16 ply. Rims are Peterbilt style, the outside 6 are old style, the inside 4 drive rims are the newer style. All 10 rims are used with the insides unpolished. I’m only asking 3k for this set.
